Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your hat in its original box to prevent crushing and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Item

  Take your package to any Australia Post location or designated courier drop-off point to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
