How do I find the right hat size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about 1cm above your ears using a soft measuring tape. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes, as most of our hats feature an internal size adjuster for a custom fit.

We prioritize natural, biodegradable, and recycled materials. Our range features 100% Australian wool, organic cotton, and recycled paper straws to ensure high-quality headwear that is kind to the planet.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in plastic-free packaging.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for exchange or store credit on all full-priced items, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale.
How do I care for my wool hat?
To keep your hat in top shape, store it on a flat surface or a hat hook. Use a soft brush to remove dust in a counter-clockwise motion. Avoid getting your wool hat soaking wet; if it does get wet, let it dry naturally away from direct heat.
Do you plant a tree for every hat sold?
Yes! Through our partnership with trees.org, we plant ten trees for every hat sold. Our mission is to give back more to the environment than we take.
